Intermediate x4 Dublin Classes November
As we enter the last month of The Irish Dance Programme for 2024, I want to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared. The intermediate class is designed for Irish dancers who have a solid foundation and are comfortable with heavy shoe dancing but still looking to grow and refine their skills. My mission for these classes is to focus on learning material that we can perform with style, while also exploring exciting rhythms inspired by Irish dance touring shows. We'll work on more intricate movements, pushing ourselves to new levels of creativity and technique.
Thursdays at 7:30-8:30pm
November 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
Location: Liffey Trust Studios, Dublin 1.
Throughout this month, we'll be completing drills in both heavy and light shoes, exploring choreography that challenges us and helps us grow as dancers. If you're unsure whether to join the intermediate or advanced level, I would recommend trying the intermediate class first, as it's a smaller group and offers more individualized attention.
And just remember, this class is not about me scrutinizing your technique or picking apart your dancing. We are a community—each one of you is beautiful and enough, just as you are, as an Irish dancer.
Let's finish this year strong, with joy, creativity, and support for one another!
